Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

All licence purchases, Personal Listening purchases and subscription payments are final and cannot be refunded or returned. A licence grants perpetual rights that cannot be handed back once granted; please choose carefully, and evaluate any track using the free watermarked previews before you buy. If you are unsure which licence covers your use, ask us first: info@songstoyoureyes.com.

2. If we fail to deliver

If a file you paid for is defective or is never delivered, contact info@songstoyoureyes.com quoting your licence number or purchase reference. We will fix the delivery, and if we cannot, we will refund the purchase in full to the original payment method via Stripe.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel your Creator Subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid term; no further fees are charged, and no portion of the current term is refunded. Content published while the subscription was active remains cleared permanently.

4. Immediate digital delivery

Purchases are delivered as immediate digital downloads. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is lost once delivery has begun.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.
